We currently operate within the boundary of Cardiff County Council and we are able to provide service between 06:30am and 11:00pm seven days per week.
We offer home visits which can vary in duration from 15 minutes to 1 hour in multiples of 15 minutes for our clients, people of all ages, and varying degrees of disability.
Local Authority fundedYou may have received an assessment of your needs by a local social worker whom will then commission our service on your behalf. The local authority will pay for your service directly to ourselves, however you may be liable for a contribution charge. This will be identified to you by your local authority. We do not manage or collect this contribution.Privately fundedDepending on your personal circumstances, you may have decided that you will pay for your service on a private arrangement with ourselves or be in receipt of funding via the independent living fund (ILF) . You will then be liable to pay us directly for your service on a weekly invoice / payment cycle.

Our staff will come to you when you require and carry out tasks that we have discussed, assisting you in your need to make your daily needs easier .
All our careers are thourghly checked before they are allowed to work in the community, some of the thigs we do with them are:

* Refrence checks on our staff
A Disclosure and Barring Service check or DBS Check for short is a assurance check carried out on all our staff to insure that they are suitable for the role they are taking out to keep our clients and staff safe.

The Cost of services vary from individual to individual and their needs. to get a more acurate cost please contact us and we can discuss a suitable package to you for yout needs.
